Abstract
The article examines the problems of organizational and legal regulation of ecotourism in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of sustainable development policy. The study analyzes the current legal framework, institutional governance mechanisms in tourism and environmental protection, as well as economic and legal incentives for ecotourism development. Special attention is paid to the integration of environmental standards into tourism legislation, the development of protected natural areas, the role of local communities, and international cooperation. The author substantiates the need for systematization of ecotourism regulation and its harmonization with international sustainability standards.
