Codification of Private International Law Norms

The article analyzes in detail the specific aspects of the stages of systematization of private international law norms, the types of codification of international private law. As a result of the analysis, the complex autonomous codification type is widely used today by reworking and integrating the parts that were scattered at first, and the advantage of this type of codification is substantiated.
