Abstract
This paper examines the comparative analysis of tourism-related metaphors in English and Uzbek languages from cultural and pragmatic perspectives. The research reveals similarities and differences between metaphors in both languages, their cultural and pragmatic features. The analysis demonstrates that tourism-related metaphors reflect national-cultural values, worldviews, and cognitive characteristics.
