Teaching English: efficiency of usage of various effective approaches, methods and techniques

the scientific article aims at learning how to use English in teaching English as a second language in a correct way, defineits original intentions, and how to gain the best results in learning of foreign languages. The process of innovative improvement in educational system in Uzbekistan is seen clearly today.     In recent years methodologists and language researchers and have been carrying out experiments in order to find different ways of teaching students to all skills with less afford and time, thus, a lot of researches have been carried out in compliance with the implementation of complex of activities on enhancement and development of new teaching methods in higher educational establishments.
