Abstract
The article explores the content, structural components, and practical model of pedagogical technology aimed at improving the effectiveness of preschool educators’ professional activities. The study revealed that the technology developed on the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis had a positive impact on future educators’ skills in planning, methodological decision-making, communication, reflection, and creative problem-solving. Experimental results demonstrated an increase in educator performance indicators when the pedagogical technology was applied. This approach is considered an important factor in systematically managing professional development, organizing the educational process on a scientific basis, and enhancing the overall quality of preschool education.
