Abstract
This scientific article analyzes the issue of developing a culture of interpersonal relations in military teams through various scientific theories based on philosophical, social, and psychological approaches. The article examines the views of Eastern scholars, as well as thinkers of the ancient period, the Middle Ages, and modern and contemporary Europe in the fields of military pedagogy and psychology. It substantiates that the culture of interpersonal relations is an important factor in ensuring military discipline, team stability, and the effectiveness of service.
