Using Foreign Experience in Hr Management in Organizations

This article examines the experience of foreign countries in personnel management in organizations such as America, Japan and European countries. The main tasks of personnel management in the organization are defined. Based on the study of foreign experience, the elements that should be paid attention to when managing personnel in the country are analyzed.
