Abstract
The competition between two countries in the global arena, that is, the competition between the USA and China, is increasing more and more. Of course, artificial intelligence and chips have become the main field of competition in this. This article examines the strategic and political implications of such competition, focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an example. Both countries see AI as critical to economic growth, national security, and global influence, and are investing heavily to lead the way. This competition goes beyond simple technological development; it includes global stability, security, and military and economic aspects. By examining the AI policies, technological advances, and strategic goals of both countries, this study aims to analyze how the artificial intelligence (AI) race reflects and reinforces the broader rivalry between the US and China. helps to better understand the new geopolitical dynamics and their consequences.
