Abstract
The paper establishes a connection between intellect and creativity while focusing on their impact on human success together with personal development. The acquisition of knowledge and flexible problem-solving and adaptive skills define intelligence while creativity means to develop fresh and unique ideas. The ability to think logically and adapt shown in intelligence differs from creative attributes which manifest through divergent thinking and unexpected problem-solving methods. The investigators focus on understanding the intricate relationship between intelligence and creativity during educational activities and social situations. The paper analyzes how three crucial theories proposed by Gardner, Guilford and Sternberg depict different views about the connection between intelligence and creativity. Different scientific opinions exist regarding the relationship between cognitive ability and creativity because some researchers claim that intelligence stimulates creativity yet others maintain that creativity operates independently from intelligence. The article uses longitudinal research data and theoretical investigations to show how intelligence connects with creativity among schoolchildren and adult test subjects. High intellectual ability proves not necessary for creativity since creative abilities appear across multiple intellectual levels. The development of creativity strongly depends on intrinsic motivation in combination with how education is practiced and the social environment students experience.
