Abstract

In the digital age, many countries have adopted state-level reforms to integrate electronic learning technologies into education systems. Specific Background: Uzbekistan is also experiencing similar reforms, emphasizing the use of digital technologies to improve teaching effectiveness, especially in STEM fields. Despite increased digitalization, there is limited structured analysis of the requirements and algorithms necessary for creating effective electronic educational environments tailored to national education needs. This study explores the pedagogical, didactic, psychological, and ergonomic requirements for electronic learning systems and examines algorithmic structures used in designing educational electronic environments, particularly for teaching web programming. The research identifies eight algorithmic models—such as sequential, parallel, and correction-based approaches—used in educational software design. It also classifies various types of electronic textbooks and systems while highlighting core design principles like interactivity, adaptability, and accessibility. The study offers a localized framework by synthesizing international practices with national educational goals, emphasizing specific algorithms and classifications unique to electronic environments in Uzbekistan. By meeting the outlined pedagogical and technical requirements, educational institutions can enhance learning effectiveness and better prepare students for modern digital challenges. This research informs the standardization and strategic development of electronic educational environments aligned with Uzbekistan’s educational modernization goals.
