Abstract

This article explores the functional role of nouns within lexical categories, focusing on their semantic and morphosyntactic properties. By analyzing nouns as central units of language, the study highlights their dynamic adaptability in meaning construction and grammatical behavior. The research draws on theoretical linguistics to examine how nouns interact with other lexical elements, emphasizing their core functions in discourse. The findings suggest that nouns serve as stable yet flexible anchors in language, facilitating both literal and contextual meaning.
