Effectiveness and Renewal Processes of Education and Professional Development in the Internal Affairs System

This article analyzes the significance, effectiveness, and renewal processes of education and professional development within the internal affairs system. It examines the reforms implemented in the training and professional development of personnel in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including new educational systems and methodologies. The article also explores the legal and governmental foundations of personnel training in the internal affairs system, particularly the decisions and decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as documents issued by the Minister of Internal Affairs regarding the new education and professional development system. It studies new teaching methods and the theoretical and practical aspects of organizing continuous education processes.
