Abstract
The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the dual education system. The integration of theory and practice in the learning process and the importance of cooperation with production enterprises are highlighted. Current problems of vocational education – the inconsistency of curricula with industry requirements, difficulties in training highly qualified specialists, and challenges in employing young professionals – are examined. The author provides scientific and practical recommendations on the effective organization of industrial practice, the strengthening of integration between education and production, and the development of professional competencies.
