Abstract
This examine the strategies that will support effective implementation of the new technical colleges’ curriculum in Nigeria. The paper showed that adequate funding, implementation of effective capacity building programme, improvement in Infrastructure and learning facilities, employment of more professional teachers, create awareness on the implementation of the new curriculum, effective Monitoring and evaluation, collaboration between industry and technical colleges, digitalization of teaching and learning, formulation implementation policies for the new curriculum, full participation of stakeholder, provision of adequate instructional resources and improvement in the quality welfare packages for teachers are some of the strategies that will support full implementation of the new technical colleges’ curriculum in Nigeria. Based on these findings, the paper recommends that more investment in teacher training, upgrading infrastructure, fostering strong industry partnerships, and ensuring continuous monitoring and evaluation. Equally important is the need for community support, adequate funding, and policy consistency to sustain the momentum.
