Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive scientific analysis of the linguistic, pragmatic, cognitive, and discursive features of religious speech genres in the Uzbek language. Particular attention is given to the system of religious speech genres, their communicative functions, and their structural-semantic characteristics. In addition, the institutional nature of religious discourse, the mechanisms of its expression through linguistic means, as well as aspects such as presupposition and intertextuality, and their close connection with socio-cultural factors are elucidated.
