Abstract

 It was mentioned based on scientific sources that the basis of health maintenance is movement, how active a person is, it serves to prolong the life of a person. It is recommended to do physical exercises systematically. This article aims to study physical activity as the main factor in a healthy lifestyle using the works of our great scholars.
