Migration Policy in Germany in a Demographic Crisis

This article analyzes the migration policy and technologies used by Germany to overcome the demographic crisis. Strategies to attract innovative technologies and skilled migrants to support labor shortages and an aging population are discussed. At the same time, the problems arising as a result of the migration process are also studied.
