Abstract
This article explores the pedagogical and psychological aspects influencing the development of communicative competence among cadets in military education. By analyzing the interaction between psychological theories and pedagogical practices, the research identifies strategies for fostering effective communication skills. The findings highlight the importance of psychological readiness, emotional intelligence, and tailored pedagogical methods in shaping cadets’ communicative abilities, ultimately enhancing their professional and interpersonal effectiveness.
