Abstract

This article is devoted to the study of the psychological characteristics of frustration in adolescent students. Adolescence is a changing and complex stage, during which young people face various psychological states under the influence of many internal and external factors. Frustration is an internal conflict that arises in response to obstacles or difficulties encountered on the way to achieving their goals. The manifestation of frustration in adolescent students is mainly associated with academic failures, social problems and personal changes. This article analyzes the psychological aspects of frustration, its impact on the psyche of adolescents and methods of combating this condition. The results of the study can be used to develop practical recommendations that will help to provide psychological support to adolescents and improve their success in the educational process.
