Abstract
It serves to ensure gender equality among pedagogues in a higher education institution, to apply the principles of gender equality and justice in society. The main goal of this research is to analyze the theoretical foundations of improving gender equality of pedagogues, to determine the scientific approaches and methods necessary to advance this process. Today, gender equality is gaining great importance not only in laws and policies, but also in the education system.
