Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical foundations of psychological training, as well as the results of an empirical study aimed at determining the needs of teachers in psychological support. Specific measures are proposed to improve the system of psychological training in universities, contributing to improving the quality of education and the professional well-being of teachers.
