Abstract

The article presents methods of mathematical modeling of the rice grain drying process. The physical and mechanical drying process, the change in humidity over time and the methods of modeling this process in the MATLAB/Simulink software environment are considered. Based on graphs and tables, the drying process is analyzed and practical recommendations are given.
