Abstract
This article discusses the methodological foundations of teaching the general characteristics and risk factors of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) in medical and health education. It highlights pedagogical approaches, interactive teaching methods, and strategies aimed at improving students’ understanding of cardiovascular health. The research emphasizes problem-based learning, simulation, and digital tools as effective means to integrate theoretical and practical knowledge. The results reveal that an interactive, interdisciplinary approach significantly enhances learners’ medical literacy and awareness of disease prevention.
