Abstract
The article describes modern HR technologies that play a key role in strategic management of companies, as well as their impact on improving HR - management mechanisms and increasing the economic efficiency of service companies. The article has paid special attention to the specifics of HR - management and various approaches to the formation of personnel management system functions. It details the mechanisms for improving HR practices and forming a corporate culture as the basis for the effective development of an organisation. It concludes that there are a number of contradictions and conflicts that HR specialists face in their work in the modern labour market, which ultimately affects the economic growth of service sector enterprises.
