Abstract
This article analyzes the role of the Russian language in the political, economic, cultural, and scientific-communicative spheres in the current era of increasing globalization. It is substantiated that the Russian language acts as an important tool in the processes of international integration, labor migration, regional cooperation, and information exchange. Especially in the CIS region, including in the context of Uzbekistan, the Russian language plays an important role as a factor in ensuring mutual communication in a multinational society, widely used in the field of education and science, and in developing economic ties. The functional possibilities of the Russian language in international organizations, transnational companies, and scientific cooperation will also be revealed. The research results show that in the context of globalization, the Russian language is important not only as an element of historical and cultural heritage, but also as a factor of modern communication and competitiveness.
