Abstract
This article explores the importance of establishing common ground between teachers and learners across different age groups. It analyzes the attitudes and teaching approaches required for young learners, teenagers, and adult learners, taking into account psychological, pedagogical, and practical aspects. The study argues that effective teaching is not limited to delivering knowledge but also involves building meaningful relationships and mutual understanding in the classroom. By examining relevant theories and providing practical examples, the article demonstrates how teachers can adapt their methods to learners’ needs, thereby improving engagement, motivation, and overall learning outcomes.
