Abstract

This article explores the pivotal role that non-governmental organizations (NGOs) play in reinforcing the primacy of state youth policy. It delves into how youth institutions implement a variety of dynamic projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening young people’s communicative engagement in societal transformation. The author examines how the use of modern technologies enhances the effectiveness of youth organizations, allowing them to integrate a wide range of perspectives, creative ideas, and innovative approaches into their communication strategies — all while safeguarding the rights, ambitions, and interests of young people. Recognizing youth as a cornerstone of any nation’s future, the article underscores the indispensable contribution of both state and non-state youth organizations in shaping a progressive society. It advocates for constructing their missions on universal human values, aligned harmoniously with the aspirations of both the state and civil society.
