Abstract
This article analyzes the importance of psychological preparation in the training process of wrestlers, as well as load management methods based on individual psychophysiological indicators. Scientific approaches related to the athlete’s emotional state, motivation level, and resistance to stress are examined. The results of the research indicate that determining training load only on the basis of physical indicators is not sufficient; rather, an integrated approach that includes psychological factors provides higher effectiveness and better performance outcomes.
