Abstract

The quality and yield of grain fruits largely depend on raw materials. It is advisable to dry only those fruits that meet standard requirements. Requirements for types and grades of raw materials are different. Raw materials should not be used, not rotten, not melted, they must contain enough necessary substances, especially sugar and acids.
