Abstract

This article explores the enhancement of innovation activities within industrial enterprises, addressing the critical need for competitive advantage in the evolving global economy. Despite significant progress, a gap persists in comprehensively understanding the effective integration of various innovation types and their impact on organizational goals. Using a mixed-methods approach, including qualitative case studies and quantitative surveys, the research identifies key factors that influence successful innovation implementation. Findings reveal that targeted innovations, when strategically aligned with enterprise objectives, significantly boost productivity and market positioning.
