Abstract

This study explores the impact of digitalization and evolving regulatory frameworks on financial management, highlighting both the opportunities and challenges organizations face in adapting to these changes. As digital technologies enhance efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making, they also introduce risks such as cybersecurity threats and complexities in regulatory compliance. These new regulations, while designed to protect stakeholders and standardize practices, can increase operational costs and compliance burdens. The research aims to identify strategies for businesses to leverage digital tools effectively while maintaining regulatory adherence. Using a qualitative approach, the study analyzes the balance between digital adoption and compliance, offering practical recommendations for financial managers. The findings suggest that a phased approach to digital transformation, combined with proactive risk management and a flexible compliance culture, can help organizations navigate these challenges and strengthen financial performance. The study's implications emphasize the need for ongoing adaptation to an increasingly complex financial landscape.
