Abstract
This article examines the conceptual directions for achieving economic growth through the development of the education system in Uzbekistan. The study highlights the crucial role of a modern and effective education system in shaping human capital, which is essential for the country's sustainable economic development. The article analyzes the relationship between education and economic growth based on global and local experiences, demonstrating the impact of educational reforms on economic efficiency. Special attention is given to the processes of digital transformation in education, emphasizing their significance in improving education quality and workforce qualifications. Additionally, the article underscores the necessity of aligning education policies with the rapidly changing demands of the global economy and proposes strategic measures to adapt Uzbekistan's education system to future economic challenges.
