Prospects for the Development of Small Business and Private Entrepreneurship in Expanding Women's Sustainable Employment

This article analyzes the role and significance of small business and private entrepreneurship in ensuring women’s sustainable employment in Uzbekistan. The study examines the ongoing measures aimed at increasing women’s economic activity, encouraging their participation in entrepreneurship, creating new jobs, and promoting socio-economic stability. The work also emphasizes the possible areas of development of small business and private entrepreneurship innovative start-ups, microfinance services, education and trainings for women. Practical recommendations are formulated to enhance national programs to increase the extent of women s sustainable employment and strengthen gender sensitivity of the labor market.
