Abstract

The modern concept of minimally invasive intervention in dentistry is based on assessing the risk of disease development, predicting its course and outcome, controlling risk factors, and early diagnosis. This approach allows for the most effective preservation of dental health in the population. The application of predictive methods and risk assessment for tooth decay at communal, group, and individual levels forms the basis for planning the prevention and treatment of this condition.
