Abstract

This research conducts a thorough examination of the physiological reactions to stress, particularly in the setting of remote work and virtual learning environments, in light of the heightened stress levels observed among workers and students during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study carefully examines several factors that affect stress levels in both remote workers and students, recognising the importance of understanding these responses. The research used a multidisciplinary methodology, integrating perspectives from psychology, physiology, and technology, to elucidate the principal elements that exacerbate stress in these populations. The suggested approach has significant effects on occupational health because it provides remote workers with access to tools and resources that can improve their work environments. Similarly, the system can enhance the health of students learning online by providing them with essential support during the challenges of remote learning. Additionally, this technology can be applied in areas beyond these. It is useful in telemedicine and helps create technology-based solutions for managing stress and improving health. We aim to help individuals manage the stress of working from home and learning online by leveraging new technologies and a deeper understanding of psychology. Ultimately, our goal is to help people become more resilient and healthy in the face of these new challenges.
