Abstract
This article develops an integrated model for improving digital governance in joint-stock companies. The study applies a five-block theoretical architecture and a DEI-based measurement methodology to integrate organizational, economic, technological, and institutional mechanisms into a unified system. Based on empirical analysis, the effectiveness of digital governance is assessed and practical mechanisms are proposed. Scenario-based forecasts up to 2030 are developed, demonstrating the impact of digital transformation on financial performance. The scientific novelty lies in the integrated approach combining measurement, governance mechanisms, and forecasting within a single framework.
