Abstract

The article examines the role of foreign direct investment as a catalyst for economic growth. It analyzes the mechanisms of foreign capital's impact on technological innovation, human capital development, and the integration of national economies into global production chains, as well as the dynamics of investment, foreign investment, and direct foreign investment. Special attention is given to the "spillover effects" and their significance for the modernization of developing markets. Based on the research findings, the article presents conclusions and recommendations for improving the attraction of foreign direct investment.
