Enhancing Students' Potential Through Engagement In The Educational Process

This article addresses the issues of developing students' potential through their active engagement in the educational process. The importance of modern pedagogical technologies, interactive methods, and student-centered approaches in the learning process is analyzed. It is also substantiated that lessons organized with regard to students' interests and needs contribute to the development of independent thinking, creativity, and intellectual potential. The article presents effective methods and practical recommendations aimed at identifying, supporting, and nurturing gifted students.
