Abstract
The article substantiates that the sustainable development of the agricultural sector in the conditions of market relations is directly related to the formation of an effective management system. The areas of rational use of resources in agricultural enterprises, strengthening financial management, introducing digital technologies, developing cluster and cooperation systems, and improving human capital are analyzed.
