Abstract

Young patients with arterial hypertension were studied and veloegometriс data were studied. It has been established that in young people, high blood pressure syndrome is detected in 62.8% of cases and differs in clinical and pathogenetic features, taking into account the changes encountered during bicycle ergometry, which requires a differentiated approach to the prevention and management of patients. In the group of people with systolic-diastolic arterial hypertension, diastolic dysfunction was detected without signs of left ventricular myocardial hypertrophy.
