MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES OF THE RENAL JUXTAGLOMERULAR APPARATUS UNDER EXPERIMENTAL PREGNANCY

This article analyzes the morphological changes in the renal juxtaglomerular apparatus (JGA) under experimental pregnancy conditions in white mice. The study examined hemodynamic and endocrine alterations occurring during pregnancy and their effects on JGA function. The findings demonstrated significant changes in the number of granules and morphological structure of JGA cells. These results contribute to a deeper understanding of the physiological and pathological characteristics of renal function during pregnancy.
