LABORATORY DIAGNOSIS OF ONCOHEMATOLOGICAL PATIENTS: MODERN APPROACHES AND DIAGNOSTIC SIGNIFICANCE

Oncohematological diseases are malignant disorders of the blood and hematopoietic system, among which leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma occupy a central place. This article presents modern approaches to laboratory diagnosis of oncohematological patients, highlighting their diagnostic and prognostic significance. In addition, recent advances such as molecular-genetic techniques and minimal residual disease monitoring are discussed, emphasizing their role in improving early detection and personalized treatment strategies.
