Communal and Services Efficiency in Progress Digital of Technologies Organizational Economic Significance

This article analyzes the organizational and economic significance of digital technologies in increasing the efficiency of utilities and services as a pressing problem. Based on the research conducted by leading scientists in the world on the development of the service sector, the author identifies such issues as the modernization of service processes in utilities in local conditions, the development of organizational and economic mechanisms for increasing the competitiveness of services. The study developed scientific conclusions on increasing the efficiency of utilities services.
