Abstract
This article examines the current state and prospects for the implementation of financial technologies in crowdfunding platforms based on an analysis of leading international jurisdictions. Key technological innovations are considered, including the use of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, artificial intelligence, and alternative credit scoring models that are transforming traditional crowdfunding models. A comparative analysis of regulatory approaches in the US, UK, EU, Singapore, Japan, and the UAE is provided, identifying the specifics of legal support for fintech innovations in the crowdfunding segment. Based on a summary of international experience, recommendations are formulated for adapting successful practices to developing economies, including the development of a balanced regulatory regime, technological infrastructure, and investor protection mechanisms. The study's methodological framework is based on systems and comparative analysis, as well as desk research of industry reports and scientific publications.
