Abstract
The textile industry plays a significant role in economic growth, employment generation, and export expansion in many countries. In the context of increasing global competition, the effective management of export-oriented textile enterprises has become a strategic priority. This study examines innovative approaches and international experience in the management of export-oriented textile enterprises. The research focuses on the application of modern management practices, digital technologies, quality management systems, sustainable production methods, and supply chain optimization strategies that enhance export performance. Furthermore, the study analyzes successful experiences of leading textile-producing countries and identifies opportunities for adapting these practices to improve the competitiveness of textile enterprises. The findings indicate that the integration of innovation, digital transformation, and international best practices contributes significantly to increasing export potential, improving product quality, and strengthening positions in global markets. The study provides practical recommendations for policymakers and enterprise managers seeking to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of export-oriented textile businesses.
