Abstract
This article examines the specific features of the efficiency of the deposit base of commercial banks in the context of economic reforms. In the banking system, deposit funds play a significant role as an important source of financial resources, ensuring banks’ liquidity, lending capacity and financial stability. The study analyzes the structure, stability and maturity level of the deposit base, as well as the impact of deposits of individuals and legal entities on banking activities. The article also highlights issues related to improving deposit policy in the process of economic reforms, increasing public confidence in the banking system, attracting deposit funds through digital banking services and ensuring the effective use of the resource base. The results of the study serve to develop scientific and practical proposals aimed at strengthening the deposit base of commercial banks and improving its efficiency.
