Abstract
This article examines the issues of improving the efficiency of inventory management and product supply systems in retail enterprises under the conditions of globalization, increasing competition, and rapidly changing consumer demand. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of supply chain processes in retail, identifying key factors affecting their effectiveness. Using the ABC analysis method, products were classified into categories A, B, and C based on their contribution to total sales volume and revenue. The findings indicate that the majority of the enterprise’s income is generated by a limited number of high-demand products, while low-turnover items create additional costs and inefficiencies in inventory management. Based on the results, scientifically grounded recommendations were developed to optimize product assortment, improve logistics processes, enhance resource utilization, and increase overall operational efficiency in retail enterprises.
