Abstract

The article discusses the issues of improving the coherence, consistency, and effectiveness of spiritual and educational work in higher educational institutions. It analyzes the importance of modern approaches, innovative technologies, and scientifically based methods. Special attention is paid to the process of ensuring the spiritual and moral development of students, teaching them organization and responsibility.
