Abstract
This article examines the role and growing impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in telecom advertising in Uzbekistan, focusing on current practices, technological adoption, and future development prospects. In the context of rapid digital transformation and increasing competition in the telecommunications sector, AI technologies are becoming a key tool for enhancing marketing efficiency, customer engagement, and personalized communication strategies. The study explores how telecom companies in Uzbekistan utilize AI-driven solutions such as big data analytics, machine learning algorithms, customer segmentation, chatbots, and recommendation systems to optimize advertising campaigns and improve decision-making processes.
The research also analyzes the existing digital infrastructure, regulatory environment, and market readiness for large-scale AI integration in advertising activities. Special attention is given to the role of mobile operators and internet service providers in adopting programmatic advertising, predictive analytics, and automated content generation to target specific consumer groups more effectively. Furthermore, the article highlights the challenges faced by the industry, including data privacy concerns, lack of skilled specialists, limited access to high-quality datasets, and technological barriers.
In addition to evaluating current practices, the paper provides a forward-looking perspective on how AI is expected to reshape telecom advertising in Uzbekistan in the coming years. It discusses emerging trends such as hyper-personalization, real-time bidding systems, voice and visual AI, and the integration of AI with 5G technologies. The study concludes that the successful implementation of AI in telecom advertising can significantly increase operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness, while also contributing to the broader development of the digital economy in Uzbekistan.
