Abstract
This article examines the strategic role of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in fostering youth entrepreneurship within the broader context of Uzbekistan's digital transformation. Drawing on econometric analysis of panel data covering regional indicators of digital infrastructure, youth-led startup activity, access to AI-based services, and entrepreneurial financing, the study quantifies the relationship between AI technology adoption and the formation and survival of youth enterprises. A multiple regression model is employed, with the number of newly registered youth-led ventures as the dependent variable and indicators such as internet penetration, AI service availability, digital literacy levels, and access to venture financing as explanatory variables. The results indicate a statistically significant positive association between AI technology diffusion and youth entrepreneurial activity, while also revealing regional disparities in digital readiness that moderate this effect. The article concludes with policy recommendations for integrating AI-driven instruments — including intelligent business-support platforms, predictive market analytics, and automated advisory services — into the national strategy for youth economic empowerment.
